Cheney #14 plus Dick Morris

On The O'Reilly Factor (8:14 PM to 8:17 PM EDT), Republican Dick Morris made some strong, negative comments about Vice-President Dick Cheney.
O'REILLY: "Why was Cheney terrible?"
MORRIS: "'Cause he was Dick Cheney. He was sort of your image of an elderly while male Republican."
O'REILLY: "But, there are a lot of elderly white male Republicans out there.
MORRIS: "He looked like Daddy Warbucks....."
O'REILLY: "But, when you tell me he was terrible, I gotta - I didn't think he was 'terrible'. I don't remember what he said because of Miller. I'm still thinking about what Miller said."
MORRIS: "But Cheney accomplishes no strategic purpose."

It's been my contention all along that the Republicans have no intention of letting Dick Cheney continue as Vice President. He's got a soft spot in his heart for gays because of his daughter. That's embarassing to a party that wants to deny gay Americans their full rights. His poll numbers are low. He may be indicted for decisions made while he was in charge of Halliburton. Maybe that's why the FOX crew feels free to say bad things about him.
