Win with Words - A Linguist's Approach to Politics

Cognitive linguist, George Lakoff, author of "Moral Politics: How Liberals and Conservatives Think" and a Senior Fellow at The Rockridge Institute in Berkeley, California has provided the material for this new instructional video, aimed at helping PROgressives win the war of words with the CONservatives. Howard Dean calls Lakoff "one of the most influential political thinkers of the progressive movement."
According to the flyer I received at my local Democratic campaign meet-up, "this new program is designed to help you more effectively understand and communicate Democratic and progressive political ideals. It will also help you recognize how the use of language is shaping political opinion in our country."
