What garbage he's spewing! Notice how he left the Mexicans and the Asians out of his wunder praise of immigrants.
Compassionate?
Just after being installed as Der Governator, the first thing he tried to do here in California is cut the budget for the elderly and handicapped. When that didn't work, he went after the abandoned pets, trying to reduce the waiting period for euthanasia from six days to three days.
When that didn't work, he made a sweetheart deal with the Indian tribes.
The new budget takes direct aim at the schools. He's trying to get all the School Superintendents' offices shut down. I recently went to my local Superintendent's office and it looked like a morgue - no one at the front desk, only three people in the whole building. I knew then something was wrong.
According to an acquaintance who works for the state, the new budget is based on accounting "creativity". She claims we will be going from an accrual to a cash system and that will disguise the debt somehow. I must admit I didn't really understand what she was talking about.
Any accountants out there?
