A Question for the Lawyers Who Post Here

Can I, as a member of MoveOn.org, file for an injunction against the GOP to prevent them from shutting down and/or suing MoveOn.org on the grounds that their lawsuit denies me and two million other American citizens a chance to have our point of view expressed in the political process? I feel that the GOP lawsuit is an attempt to deny me my first amendment right of free speech and also that it unfairly portrays MoveOn as a monolith, rather than as what it is, a consortium of passionately interested individuals who make decisions via an internal voting process. It is only after this internal vote that the members' decisions are made manifest by representatives of MoveOn.org.
I'd love to hear what our legal eagles have to say about this (and anybody else, too!).
