Food for Thought

Reported by Judy - August 26, 2004 -

President Clinton got a lot of mileage out of appearing on late night televsion and playing the saxophone in the 1992 campaign, but researchers at the University of Michigan suggest that may not be such a good idea.

If this was on Fox News somewhere, I apologize, but I did not see it. Anyway, the U of M study found that late night comedy shows tend to promote cynicism among voters who get most of their political news from them.

Not really surprising since politicians are the butt of jokes usually.
