A Creative New Spin on Job Losses

Today (August 17, 2004) on Your World w/Neil Cavuto, I think I might have heard the new Republican spin on the bad job creation numbers coming out of this administration's reign.
During a round table discussion, Fox employee Meredith Whitney said that corporations "hired too many people in the 90's" and that they now "continue the downsizing."
COMMENT: I thought this was pretty creative. Again though, pitty the trusting public absorbing this as fact from people they view as authorities.
