Still No Mention of the Markets on this "Business" Show

Reported by Melanie - July 20, 2004 -

Yesterday I made a post about the fact that at no time during Your World w/Neil Cavuto (4:00 p.m. ET) in the previous three shows did Cavuto mention the stock markets. Today (July 20, 2004) was no different. In this program, which at the end of a news break Jane Skinner said contained "all the days business and financial news," Cavuto didn't mention one word about the New York Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ, the bond markets, the S&P 500, or any foreign markets.

COMMENT: Today these indices are slightly up, but over the past three weeks they've been heading downward. Wonder if there's any connection? You'll hear from me again on this the day Cavuto does cover the markets. Hint: tune in when they go up by a lot. Then he'll be talking about nothing else.
