Partisan Duet

Hannity and Newt Gingrich were in perfect harmony tonight, artfully comparing the two parties. In fact, their routine is so polished, they should hit the campaign trail. Hannity chides Newt for not coming to the Democratic convention,
Hannity : "I'm going to face the forces of extremism by myself?
Newt G. : " Alan can explain all the wacked out liberals all day for you."
This was the beginning of 15 minutes of friendly chuckles and back stabbing rhetoric against Liberal Democrats. Hannity charged that the Democrats have"taken a hard turn to the left" and Gingrich claimed that the Republican
Convention will showcase diversity being more open then the "hard left Democrats."
Comment: Maybe, I've been monitoring this stuff too long. It just sounds so ridiculous at this point. The voters are looking for candidates that care about them as people. The Liberal label is now an advantage, not a detriment. Talk about being out of touch.
