FNC wants to be sure their viewers
really get the message thoroughly,
even if their audience is zoned out
and just staring at the screen.

Tonight at 9:46 a strange poll, quickly flashed
on the screen, concerning patriotism.
"Are you more or less patriotic then the average
American?"
Democrats 46% Republicans 76%
Certainly an idiotic poll but it sure delivers the message.
Every ten minutes throughout the hour this statement
floated by on the ticker tape.
" President Bush ordered the flag flown at half-mast after
Reagan's death."
This isn't news or a relevant fact but just a way to get
Bush, flag and Reagan into one sentence. Your
unconscious mind will do the rest. Pretty slick or pretty sick
depending on your party affiliation.
