Flip Floppin' Cavuto
Reported by Melanie - June 29, 2004 -
Neil Cavuto started out his Your World show today (June 29, 2004, 4:00 p.m. ET) hosting guests Jerry Berman of the Center for Democracy & Technology and Jan Larue of Concerned Women for America to rant about the Supreme Court's decision blocking enforcement of a law aimed at curbing access by children to Internet pornography. Both Cavuto and Laure were appauled; Mr. Berman thought the problem should be solved through technological means.
COMMENT: When Cavuto interviewed Dick Cheney last week about Cheney's use of the "F" word in the Capitol building, he and Cheney giggled like they were frat boys in a dorm room. Today, Cavuto was straight laced and buttoned up. These two issues run in the same vein but Cavuto's reactions sure didn't.
