It's All Clinton's Fault - Again!

During an interview with Wayne Simmons, a former CIA special case officer, on June 24, 2004 at 8:13 PM ET, Bill O'Reilly aired a surveillance tape taken by an unarmed Predator drone. The clip was undated, but using another source ("Bush slow on bin Laden drones before 9/11" USA Today) I suspect it is one of eleven tapes recorded between September and October 2000 over the mountains from Uzbekistan to Afghanistan.
This particular clip has just been leaked to the media and purports to show an out-of-focus image of Osama bin Laden.
O'Reilly and Simmons proceed to yet again blame Clinton for failing to blow up bin Laden prior to January 2000.
O'REILLY: Some insiders say Clinton simply would not give the order to kill bin Laden.Comment: Don't you think it's time to sing another song. Bill? After four years in office, it's Bush's reputation that's on the line, not Clinton's. Isn't it time our fearless leader started taking responsibility instead of passing the buck?
