Geraldo Rivera was discussing the future of Iraq tonight on , At Large, (6/27/04 10:35 PM)
Geraldo asked Henry Kissinger if he was "underwhelmed" by the limited help offered by NATO Forces? Kissinger explained that they were not anxious to get involved with a plan that might fail.
Geraldo asked ."Do you think France wants us to fail?"
Kissinger replied, "At the end of the day, they can not want us to fail. They just want to take a free ride."
